Declaring Portion of Tauwharenikau Road in the Stratford
County to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of
February, 1924.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Tauwharenikau Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Stratford County, commencing at its junction
with Perry's Road and proceeding thence generally in a
southerly direction adjoining or passing through Sections 3s,
Block I, and 7s and 6s, Block II, Omona Survey District,
and terminating at a point l chain south of the bridge over
the Tauwharenikau Stream, being a distance of 6l chains,
more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

District to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day

District. (S.O. 22625.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
58103, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day
of February, 1924.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order
in Council dated the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and thirteen, and published in the Gazette of the
seventeenth day of that month, appointing a Domain Board
to have control of the Mangatoitoi Domain, and doth hereby
appoint
William George Franklin,
Ronald Stewart,
Allen Howard Raisin,
Albert Franklin,
William Franklin,
Kennedy Barclay McCallum, and
Frederick Clifford Palmer
to be the Mangatoitoi Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the twenty-third day of February, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, at eight o'clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the office of the Weber County Council,
Ti-tree Point, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.

MANGATOITOI DOMAIN.-HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
SUBDIVISION No. 5 of Section 5, Block VIII, Weber Survey
District: Area, 46 acres 0 roods 3 perches.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of
February, 1924.

THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act,
1908, as amended by the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1913, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby extend the hour at which all polls to be held and
taken in the Waitaki Electric-power District shall close to
seven o'clock in the afternoon of the day appointed.
