New Zealand Gazette No. 32 of the 25th day of March, 1920, page 924, and now laid out for the purposes of a road, containing 59 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less, intersecting the aforesaid provisional State forest reserve ; also two severances, containing 1 acre 3 roods 5 perches, and 2 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, situate in Block III, Tairua Survey District; also all that area containing 225 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks III and VII, Tairua Survey District: be all the aforesaid areas more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/289, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of February. 1924.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Subdivisions of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 36 Block to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were by an order of the Native Land Court made on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, duly laid off as road-lines, in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that in the public interest the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act :

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads :

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/972, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2054, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Mangakahia Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

0 0 8 Waiaruhe No. 2 Block; coloured red.
4 0 9 " yellow.

Situated in Blocks X and XI, Mangakahia Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1124, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2058, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Horohoro Survey District described in the Schedule hereto,


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 18 acres 3 roods 15 perches.

Portion of Section 3 (pt. Run 80), situated in Block XV, Horohoro Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1110, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2059, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1924.
