Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 2 acres 1 rood 6·4 perches.
Adjoining Sub. 1 of 32, E.R. 36, E.R. 2, situated in Block VI, Ngatimaru Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 6183.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58289, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1923.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped :—

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 3rd day of December, 1923.

THE HONOURABLE SIR F. H. D. BELL, G.C.M.G., K.C.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Andrew Stevenson Thompson,
Henry Brown,
Selwyn Belgain Little Ireland Hamlin,
Alfred James Loomb, and
Peter Malone

to be the Mount Wellington Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, at ten o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the Bowling Pavilion, Mount Wellington, Panmure, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

MOUNT WELLINGTON DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being part of Allotments 56 and 64 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 60 acres 0 roods 17 perches, more or less. Bounded, commencing at a point on a public road being the south-western corner of Lot 10 of Section 2, Small Lots, near Panmure, towards the south-west generally by the said public road to the south-eastern corner of part of Allotment 64, Suburbs of Auckland, containing 8 acres 2 roods 26 perches; thence towards the north-west, south-west, and south-east by the said part of Allotment 64 to Lot 3 of Section 2, Small Lots, near Village of Panmure; thence towards the south-west, north-west, and south-west by the said Lot 3 and Lot 2 of Section 2 aforesaid to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 51 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; thence towards the north-west generally by the said Lot 51 and Allotment 50 of Section 12 aforesaid to the westernmost corner of part of Lot 56 aforesaid, containing 3 acres 2 roods; thence towards the north-east generally by the said part of the aforementioned Lot 56 and Lots 13 and 12 of Section 2, Small Lots, near Village of Panmure, and the abutment of a public road; and thence towards the south-east generally by Lots 11 and 10 of Section 2 aforesaid, to the point of commencement:

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, being part Lot 51 and part Lot 51A of Section 1, Small Lots, near Village of Panmure, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 18 perches, more or less. Bounded, commencing at a point on the Panmure–Howick Road being the north-eastern corner of Lot 52, Section 1 aforesaid, towards the north-east by the said Panmure–Howick Road to the Auckland–Westfield Railway; thence again towards the north-
