Regulations under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Amendment Act, 1923.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of September, 1923.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section sixteen of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Amendment Act, 1923 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations prescribing forms of applications, valuations, and certificates for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of the said Act.

REGULATIONS.

EVERY application for revaluation under the said Act shall be made in the form No. 1 in the Schedule hereto, or to the like effect.

Every report and valuation under the said Act by a District Revaluation Committee shall be in the form No. 2 in the Schedule hereto, or to the like effect.

In every instance where, consequent upon the determination of the Dominion Revaluation Board, an alteration is required to be made in regard to any lease, or license, or certificate of title, or mortgage, or other document, the Commissioner shall forward a certificate in the form No. 3 in the Schedule hereto, or to the like effect, to the District Land Registrar or the Registrar of Deeds, setting forth such alteration.
