Minister's Decision Final.

  1. The Minister shall be the sole judge of the fact whether the requirements of these regulations have been complied with; and he may from time to time cause inquiry to be made into any matter connected therewith or arising hereunder, in such manner as he thinks fit, and his decision shall be final, and the licensee shall comply with such decision; provided always that this clause shall not affect the right of any person, corporate body, or local authority in cases of damage or injury for which an action by such person, corporate body, or local authority may lie against the licensee.

LICENSE TO ERECT, MAINTAIN, AND USE PRIVATE TELEPHONE-LINE.

As the authorized agent of the signatory/signatories to an application dated the day of __, 192__, for permission to erect certain private telephone-lines, described in the schedule to the above-mentioned application, and proposed to be erected within the boundaries of the [Insert names of local districts], you are hereby advised that the signatory/signatories to the said application is/are hereby licensed to erect, maintain, and use such private telephone-lines in accordance with the regulations in force, or which may from time to time be made, under section 29 of the Post and Telegraph Amendment Act, 1919.
