Meeting of the General Assembly for the Despatch of Business.

A PROCLAMATION.
To the LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLORS of the Dominion of New Zealand and the MEMBERS elected to serve in the House of Representatives of the said Dominion, summoned and called to a Meeting of the General Assembly of the said Dominion, at the City of Wellington, on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, to have been commenced and held, and to every of you: GREETING.
WHEREAS the Meeting of the General Assembly of New Zealand stands prorogued to Monday, the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three: And whereas for certain causes and considerations I have thought fit to convene such meeting for a date earlier than the said date: Now, therefore, know ye that you and each of you, and all others in this behalf interested, are hereby commanded and by the tenor of these presents enjoined to be and appear personally for the DESPATCH OF BUSINESS, on Wednesday, the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, at half past two oβclock in the afternoon, in the Parliament Houses, situate in Bowen Street in the City of Wellington, there to take into consideration the state and welfare of the Dominion of New Zealand, and therein to do as may seem necessary.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of January, 1923.
