LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 68, folio 242, for Allotments 46 and 47, Section 1, Town of Tauranga, in favour of THE MAYOR, COUNCILLORS, AND BURGESSES OF THE BOROUGH OF TAURANGA, having been lodged with me, together with an application for a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days from 5th July, 1923.
