DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

TAKE notice that the Partnership hitherto carried on between DAVID AMOS and FREDERICK ADAMS at Victoria Street West, Auckland, under the style of “The Advance Sheet-metal Works,” has been dissolved as from the 27th day of April, 1913; and that the said DAVID AMOS will as from that date carry on the said business alone under the said style of “The Advance Sheet-metal Works.” All debts due to the late Partnership shall be paid to the said DAVID AMOS, and all debts due by the late Partnership shall be paid by the said DAVID AMOS.
