Land taken for the Development of Water-power, Horahora Scheme, in Block XII, Aroha Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power, Horahora Scheme; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 6 perches.
Portion of Lot 23 on D.P. 179, situated in Block XII, Aroha Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22664.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured partly red and partly edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of May, 1923.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Moehau Survey District, Coromandel County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 1 1 Portion of Section 3, quarry reserve; edged blue.
0 1 8 " 2; edged red.

Situated in Block I, Moehau Survey District. (S.O. 22396.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56360, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of May, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 1 perch.
Being portion of No. 1 (Te Kohanga), Block IV, Ahipara Survey District. (S.O. 22153.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of May, 1923.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of May, 1923.

Stopping a Government Road in Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 roods 30 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, of Block XII, Pongaroa Township, Section 21, Pongaroa Suburbs, and Section 14—Pongaroa Scenic Reserve; and Section 43, Pongaroa Village Settlement.
Situated in Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District, Akitio County. (S.O. 1758.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56478,
