Regulations under the Census and Statistics Act, 1910.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations prescribing additional matters in regard to which the Government Statistician shall collect statistics.
REGULATIONS.

In addition to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (j) of section 21 of the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, the Statistician shall, subject to that section, collect statistics of ratepayers and rateable properties, roads and bridges, rates levied, receipts and payments, assets and liabilities, licenses granted, and employees and wages of river-protective districts, land-drainage districts, water-supply districts, city and suburban drainage districts, tramway districts, local railway districts, electric-power districts, lighting districts, and harbour districts.

The Chairman, Secretary, Clerk, Treasurer, Manager, Engineer, or any other officer of the Board controlling any district (except harbour districts) set out in the preceding regulation shall, on application duly made, furnish annually to the Statistician the particulars in the form set out in the First Schedule hereto as are applicable to the district concerned, and in accordance with the instructions that may accompany such form or that may be issued by the Statistician.

The Chairman, Secretary, Clerk, Treasurer, Manager, Engineer, or any other officer of the Board controlling any harbour district shall, on application duly made, furnish annually to the Statistician the particulars in the form set out in the Second Schedule hereto as are applicable to the district concerned, and in accordance with the instructions that may accompany such form or that may be issued by the Statistician.

The person supplying the information for each district shall sign the form and transmit it to the Government Statistician by post or otherwise.

Every such form shall be transmitted to the Government Statistician to reach him not later than the 30th day of June in each year.
