Regulations under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section three hundred and eighty-two of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations prescribing the form and manner and time within which statistics and returns are required to be furnished to the Government Statistician.
REGULATIONS.

THE Mayor, Town Clerk, Treasurer, or other officer of each borough in the Dominion shall, on application duly made, furnish annually to the Government Statistician such particulars as are applicable to the borough concerned in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, and in accordance with the instructions that may accompany such form or that may be issued by the Government Statistician.

The forms containing the information required shall be signed by the person supplying such information and shall be transmitted to the Government Statistician by post or otherwise.

Every such form shall be transmitted to the Government Statistician to reach him not later than the 30th day of June in each year.
