BLAIR is the registered mortgagee, notice is hereby given
that at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice a provisional certificate of title
for the said land will be issued and a partial discharge of the
said mortgage will be registered, without production of the
outstanding duplicate of the said mortgage.
