IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section three of the Public Revenues Act, 1910, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations in addition to the Treasury regulations made on the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty; and doth direct that the regulations hereby made shall form part of and be read with the afore-said regulations, and shall come into force on the date of gazetting thereof.
