DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between HECTOR CHARLES MCKENZIE,
JOSEPH PARTON, and LOUIS WALTER ENGLAND, who have
been trading under the firm-name of "The N.Z. Battery
Manufacturing Company," has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the twenty-first day of February, 1923.
Mr. H. C. McKenzie is retiring from the Partnership, which
will be carried on under the old name by Messrs. PARTON
and ENGLAND.

Rodger and Company (Limited) held at Christchurch
on Saturday, the 24th day of February, 1923, the following
resolution was passed :—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this
meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up
the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily; and that JAMES MAWSON STEWART, of Christchurch, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."
