A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Land Act, 1908, and its amendments, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street in the Borough of Avondale described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 3 roods 13·3 perches.
Passing through Lot 64, adjoining Lots 63 and 64 of N.W. Allotment 12 and S.E. portion Allotment 12, Parish of Titirangi, situated in the Borough of Avondale, Block III, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22195.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55808, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of December, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Motu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 11·6 perches.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55849, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the Opunake Branch of the Foxton – New Plymouth Railway, and for a road-diversion in connection therewith.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.
