Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as roads the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Portion of
2 1 32 Taraiere No. 2K, Blocks X and XI; coloured red.
2 1 31 ,, No. 2J 2C, Block XI; coloured blue.
2 1 6 ,, No. 2M, Block X; coloured purple.
Situated in Omapere Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5/170, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1998, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Ohura South N. 2e No. 3g Block to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road; and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 24 perches.
Lot 10, Section 3, Ohura South N. 2e No. 3g Block, situated in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1031, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2001, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of December, 1922.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of June then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 11, Waddington Settlement: Area, 5 acres 2 roods 7 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1922.

Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Marlborough Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 5, Block XIII, Town of Seddon, Starborough Settlement: Area, 1 rood 24 perches.
