I, WALTER HAROLD FLETCHER, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by two Directors of the Victoria Land Proprietary (Limited), has been lodged with me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.

  1. That the nominal capital of the said company is four thousand pounds (£4,000), in shares of one pound (£1) each.

  2. That the shares have been fully paid up.

  3. That the company has no assets and has ceased to carry on business.

And we do hereby apply for a declaration of dissolution of such company.

RESOLUTION.

THE following regulations were laid before the members of the Tuapeka County Jockey Club at a meeting held on the 11th day of January, 1923, at Lawrence, with a recommendation by the Chairman of such club, Mr. Donald Munro, that the same be passed at once with a view to their approval by His Excellency the Governor-General, in pursuance of the Gaming Act, 1908, section 33.

Mr. Donald Munro, the Chairman of such club and the meeting, moved, and Mr. James Smyth seconded, and it was resolved, that such regulations should be adopted, and that the Chairman and Secretary be authorized to sign the same in authentication thereof.

The following are the regulations referred to:—
