N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain (temp. Major) E. W. Sharman, L.R.C.P., Edin., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, with the rank of Major. Dated 5th April, 1921.
The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 43, of 5th May, 1921, relating to the above named is hereby cancelled.
Major C. McB. Dawson, Reserve of Officers, is posted to the Retired List, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 4th January, 1923.

The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of 11th January, 1923, relating to the posting of Major W. H. S. Moorhouse to the Retired List should read Lieutenant-Colonel W. H. S. Moorhouse, M.B.E.

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the County of Weber was taken on the 20th day of January, 1923, on the proposal of the Weber County Council to borrow the sum of £5,000 for the following purposes:—
(1.) Reconstruction, culverting, and metalling main Dannevirke–Herbertville Road £ s. d.

I therefore declare the proposal to be carried.
