T HE Partnership heretofore subsisting between ERNEST
WALTER WILLIAMS and MONTAGUE WILLIAM BUNTING
in the business of Drapers carried on by them in the City
of Auckland, and at Hobart in the State of Tasmania in
Australia, under the name or style of the “ Direct Supply
Company,” has been mutually dissolved as from the 9th day
of September, 1922.
The Hobart business will in future be carried on by Mr.
MONTAGUE WILLIAM BUNTING on his own account under the
style of the “ Direct Supply Company,” and the Auckland
business by Mr. ERNEST WALTER WILLIAMS on his own
account under the style of the “ Direct Supply Company.”
All debts owing to the Partnership must be paid as to the
Auckland branch to Mr. Williams, and as to the Hobart
branch to Mr. Bunting.
