Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of August then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

SECTION 23, Block VI, Woodland Survey District: Area, 198 acres 0 roods 19 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of August, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 4 acres 2 roods.

Being Section 2, portion of police-station and other public buildings reserve, situated in Block X, Tangitu Survey District. (S.O. 5759.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54800, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1922.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Culverden Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
