links in a westerly direction from the point on said coast-line

1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council
dated the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the seventeenth
day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to have
control of the Berwick Domain, and doth hereby appoint

by admeasurement 19 acres 1 rood 20.4 perches, more or
less, being Sections 38, 39, 40, and part of Section 41, Suburbs
of Taihape, and Section 96, Town of Taihape. Bounded
towards the north by Block XVII, Town of Taihape, and by
a road and river-bank reserve along the right bank of the
Hautapu River ; towards the east by the said road and
