ERRATUM.—In the third line of the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 23rd June, 1922, and published in Gazette No. 51, page 1702, of the 29th June, 1922, taking land for the purposes of a worker’s dwelling in Block X, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County, delete the words “Portion of.”

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, the Town District of Leamington was duly constituted and proclaimed under the Town Districts Act, 1881, with the boundaries described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation:
And whereas it is expedient to enlarge the boundaries of the said town district in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and section twenty-four of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921–22, do hereby enlarge the said Town District of Leamington by adding thereto the area described in the First Schedule hereto, and do declare that as on and from the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, the boundaries of the said town district shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN LEAMINGTON TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being parts of Sections 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, and 151, Parish of Pukekura. Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of Leamington Town District; on the east by the eastern boundary of the north-western portion of Section 151 and part Section 171, Pukekura Parish; on the south by the southern boundary of said north-western portion, and the southern boundaries of Lots C 5, B, B 1, B 2, A 3, A 2, A 1, and A of Sections 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, and 170; and bounded on the west by the western boundary of said Lot A.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
LEAMINGTON TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 20B, Pukekura Parish, and proceeding thence along the left bank of the Waikato River to Section 120; thence along the western boundaries generally of Sections 120, 121, 122, 124A, 124, 125, 126, and 151, said Pukekura Parish, along the eastern boundary of the north-western portion of Sections 151 and 171; thence westerly along the southern boundary of said north-western portion, across a public road, and along the southern boundaries of Lots C 5, B, B 1, B 2, A 3, A 2, A 1, and A, of Sections 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, and 170, aforesaid Pukekura Parish; thence northerly along the western boundary of said Lot A and the eastern boundaries of Sections 26, 24, 21, 21A, and 20B to the point of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of July, 1922.

Altering Boundaries of Masterton and Castlepoint Counties.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is provided by subsection two of section fourteen of the Counties Act, 1920, that the boundaries of any one or more counties may be altered in accordance with a resolution proposing the alteration passed by the Council of each of such counties in which the Counties Act is in force:
And whereas a resolution was passed by the Masterton County Council on the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and sealed with the seal of the Council of the said county on the same date:
And whereas a similar resolution was passed by the Castlepoint County Council on the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and sealed with the seal of the said county on the same date, praying for the alteration of the boundaries of such counties in the manner described in the said resolutions and in the First Schedule hereto:
