Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

Notice respecting Proposed Waitotahi Drainage District, County of Opotiki.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Land Drainage Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a drainage district under Part I of the said Act, by name the Waitotahi Drainage District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the constitution of the said drainage district which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF BOUNDARIES OF PROPOSED WAITOTahi DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Land District of Auckland, situated in Blocks I and V, Opotiki Survey District, being Sections 394, 400, 410, 411, 412, 418, and 419, Waitotahi Parish.
