Trunk Railway (parts Rangitaiki and Awakeri Sections),
and for Road-diversions in connection therewith and Road
Approaches thereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the East
Coast Main Trunk Railway (parts Rangitaiki and Awakeri
Sections), and for road-diversions in connection therewith
and road approaches thereto.

(sheet 6), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1922.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Ruakaka Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes
of a Road in Blocks IV and VIII, Tokomaru Survey
District, Waiapu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 20,
of the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-two, taking land for the purposes of a road in
Blocks IV and VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, as affects the
piece of land comprising 2 roods 2 perches, and being described
in the said Proclamation as portion of Section 7 (Mangahauini
Block), Block IV, Tokomaru Survey District (Poverty Bay
R.D.), (S.O. 932, brown), such piece of land having been
incorrectly described.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 15th day of June, 1922.

Stopping Government Roads in Blocks IV, Awa-o-te-Atua,
and III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim as stopped the Government roads described in the
Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
