Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set
apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease
to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner
provided in the said Act.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTIONS 14, 15, and 16, Block VIII, Rankleburn Survey
District: Area, 65 acres 2 roods 30 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement
land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same
are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way
of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures,
in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the nineteenth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of August then
instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 17s, Poplar Grove Settlement: Area, 61 acres 0 roods
32 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1922.
