been dissolved as from the lst day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-two, so far as concerns the said
Allen Meyer, who retires from the said firm.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid respectively by the said Joseph Israel De
Malmanche and George Henry Hedges, who will continue to
carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or
firm of "De Malmanche and Co.".
