Notice by the Public Trustee, under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
To the owners of the following lands, that is to say:—
- All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 107, Section No. 4, Suburbs of Waipipi, County of Eden. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment No. 112, 890 links; towards the south-east by a line, 164 links, and by Allotment No. 106, 434 links; towards the south-west by Allotment No. 108, 930 links; and on the north-west by a road 100 links wide, 502 links and 106 links; and being part of the land granted by Crown-grant No. 158075c to Michael Burke, of Waipipi, Shoemaker.
- All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 112, Section No. 4, Suburbs of Waipipi, County of Eden. Bounded on the north-east by Allotment No. 113, 888 links; on the south-east by a line, 593 links; on the south-west by Allotment No. 107, 890 links; and on the north-west by a road 100 links wide, 587 links; the last registered transaction in respect of which being conveyance No. 37400, from John Moore, the Crown-grantee, to Richard Fitzgerald, of Onehunga, Labourer.
WHEREAS, after due inquiry, the owners of the above-described lands cannot be found: And whereas the said owners have no known agents in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee their title to the said lands. If such owners fail or neglect so to establish their title, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

Bounded on the north-east by a street 150 links wide, 200 links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 91, 500 links; on the south-west by Allotment No. 96, 200 links; and on the north-west by a street 200 links wide, 500 links; the last registered transaction in respect of which being conveyance No. 4346 from Alexander Butler, the Crown-grantee, to Joseph Mulligan, of the Waikato, Military Settler.
- All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 94, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland. Bounded on the north-east by Allotment No. 90, 200 links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 93, 500 links; on the south-west by a street 100 links wide, 200 links; and on the north-west by Allotment No. 95, 500 links; the last registered transaction in respect of which being conveyance No. 1807 from Peter Curran, the Crown-grantee, to Cliwich Pohlen, of Harapepe, Settler.
- All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 95, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland. Bounded on the north-east by Allotment No. 91, 200 links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 94, 500 links; on the south-west by a street 100 links wide, 200 links; and on the north-west by Allotment No. 96,
500 links; and being all the land granted by unregistered Crown-grant No. T 51 to John Toovey, Sergeant, No. 2 Company, Forest Rangers.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the respective owners of the above-described lands respectively, or any agent of such respective owners in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such respective owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee their respective titles to the said respective lands; and if such respective owners or any of them fail or neglect so to establish their respective titles, the Public Trustee will exercise as regards each of the respective lands to which such title is not so established the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral runs will be offered for license by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, at 2.30 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 25th July, 1922, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
Waimarino County.—Moawhango and Maungakaretu Survey Districts.—Motukawa Block.
Run 29, Blocks XIV and VIII: Area, 1,234 acres; upset annual rent, £100.
Situated on the left bank of the Hautapu River, and comprises about 1,084 acres rough hilly land, all in native grasses and tussock, with patches easily ploughable, and about 150 acres mixed bush. The soil is of a light quality clay, resting on papa formation. Altitude between 2,400 ft. to 3,400 ft. above sea-level. Access is from Hihitahi Railway-station, which is about two miles distant by metalled road. Weighted with £194, valuation for improvements comprising boundary and subdivisional fences.
Term of license, seven years from date of disposal.
Run 30, Blocks XV, XVI, and I, Moawhango and Ohine-wairua Survey Districts: Area, 1,600 acres; upset annual rent, £70.
Comprises about 320 acres in bush, balance open tussock land. About two-thirds of the area is hilly, the remainder undulating. Soil is of a light clay quality, resting on papa formation, well watered. Altitude 3,400 ft. above sea-level.
Weighted with £327, valuation for improvements comprising boundary and internal fencing.
Term of license, seven years from date of disposal.
