JUNE 1.
on or before the 31st day of December, 1922, a fee of £2 10s. The fee so payable shall be in addition to any fee paid on the issue of the license.
(2.) The said fee shall be paid into the Public Account by the licensee, who shall forward the bank receipt therefor to the Under-Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington.
(3.) The Under-Secretary of the said Department shall forthwith cause a receipt to be given to the licensee for the payment of the said fee, and the production of such receipt shall be sufficient evidence, unless the contrary is proved, that the conditions prescribed by section 4 of the said Act as to the continuance of the license until the 31st March, 1923, have been complied with.
(4.) If the holder of a license to which this clause relates fails to pay the fee herein required on or before the said 31st day of December, 1922, his license shall expire on that date. Payment of the said fee after the 31st December aforesaid will not operate to revive a license that has expired as herein provided.

The fee payable for inspection of the Register of Land Agents shall be 2s. 6d.

(1.) All moneys payable under these regulations shall be paid into the Public Account, and shall, in the first place, be credited to the vote of the Department of Internal Affairs.
(2.) The Under-Secretary of the said Department shall from time to time cause to be deducted from the amounts so received the sum of 7s. 6d. in respect of the issue, renewal, or transfer of each license, and this sum shall thereupon be transferred to the vote to which Magistrate's Court fees are credited.

A fidelity bond for £500 from [Name of insurance company or other sureties] is hereto annexed, marked "B" [or the fidelity bond for £500 from (Name of insurance company or other sureties) given in respect of my original application for a license enures in respect of this application for renewal], and a testimonial [testimonials] as to my character is [are] hereto annexed, signed by [Names, addresses, and occupations of persons signing testimonials]—

LICENSE TO CARRY ON BUSINESS AS LAND AGENT, ISSUED UNDER THE LAND AGENTS ACT, 1921–22.

In pursuance of the provisions of the above-mentioned Act [Name in full and address] is hereby licensed to carry on business as a land agent on his own behalf [or on behalf of (Name of firm or company, as the case may be)] from the day of , 19 , until the 31st day of March, 19 .
Pursuant to this license, the licensee may carry on business at [Specify location of place or places of business mentioned in application], and at any other place or places in New Zealand, after giving to the Minister of Internal Affairs notice of his intention so to do, and on payment of such additional fees as may be required.
