A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Puketapu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Wairoa towards Gisborne) and for a road-diversion in connection therewith.
