AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TE AROHA EXTENSION BLOCK. SECTIONS 15 to 24 (inclusive) of LXIV, Block IX, Te Aroha Survey District: Area, 4 acres 0 roods 4·2 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Mawhera-iti Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 25 perches.
Portion of Section 107, Block XI, Mawhera-iti Survey District.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/970, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1957, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 18·8 perches.
Portion of Section 47; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches.
Adjoining Section 47; coloured green.
All situated in Ararimu Parish, Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District.
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2948, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1955, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Subdivision 5 of Mataikahawai Block to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 1 rood 2 perches.
Portion of Subdivision 5, Mataikahawai Block, situated in Block XIII, Opunake Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/965, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1953, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.
