LIST I following contains the names in alphabetical order of candidates who reached the general standard of qualification (64½ per cent.) for a scholarship in the Junior National Scholarship Examination of November last.
To those who are eligible in all other respects scholarships will be awarded by the Education Boards concerned.
List II contains the names of candidates who gained between 54½ per cent. and 64½ per cent. of the total possible marks assignable in the Junior National Scholarship Examination, and who, as candidates from sole-teacher schools, claim to be entitled to the concession under clause 4 of the National Scholarship Regulations. If they are found to be eligible in this and other respects they also will be awarded Junior National Scholarships.
List III contains the names of all candidates who qualified for Junior Free Places in secondary schools at the Junior National Scholarship Examination, and includes also the names of Lists I and II.
