NOTICE TO DEPOSITORS.

In the matter of THE NEW ZEALAND INVESTMENT MORT-
GAGE AND DEPOSIT COMPANY (LIMITED), and in the
matter of the Loan Companies Act, 1921, and the
Mortgages and Deposits Extension Act, 1921.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company
by virtue of section 4 of the Loan Companies Act,
1921, has passed the undermentioned resolution for the
purpose of giving depositors with the company the same
rights and remedies against the company as if Part II of
the Mortgages and Deposits Extension Act, 1921, had not
been passed.

RESOLUTION.

It is hereby resolved that the company does not take
advantage of the provisions of Part II of the Mortgages and
Deposits Extension Act, 1921.
