Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-sixth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and
published in the Gazette of the third day of May then instant,
setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, in so far
as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 17, Reynolds Settlement : Area, 94 acres 2 roods
35 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1922.

relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

WHAKATANE COUNTIES.
SECTION 1, Block III, Rotoma Survey District : Area, 1,046
acres 2 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1922.

conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-eighth day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and
published in the Gazette of the fourth day of March then
instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by dis-
charged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule
hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 3, Hereford Park Settlement : Area, 354 acres
3 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in
the Gazette of the twenty-second day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, setting apart Crown land for
selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Sol-
diers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land
in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Otepopo Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
