HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased

JAMES EDWIN GREEN, Esq.,
to be Returning Officer and person to prepare the roll of
electors for the first election of a Board of seven Commis-
sioners for the Turua Town District, recently constituted
under the Town Boards Act, 1908; also to appoint Tuesday,
the 4th day of April, 1922, as the day, and the office of
Messrs. Miller and Son, Solicitors, Turua, as the place, for hold-
ing such first election; also to appoint Tuesday, the 11th
day of April, 1922, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon as the time,
and the office of Messrs. Miller and Son aforesaid as the place,
for holding the first meeting of the Board of Commissioners,
so elected.
