Regulation prescribing the Maximum Charges payable in respect of Meat exported from New Zealand.—Notice No. 2153.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 2nd day of March, 1922.

THE HON. D. H. GUTHRIE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Meat-export Control Act, 1921–22, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation prescribing the maximum charges to be paid by way of levy in respect of meat exported from New Zealand; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the gazetting thereof.
REGULATION.
THE maximum charges to be paid by way of levy in respect of meat exported from New Zealand shall be as follows:—
(a.) In the case of lamb or mutton, 2d. per carcase; and
(b.) In the case of beef, 1d. per quarter, or 2d. per side.

Levy on Meat exported from New Zealand after 11th March, 1922.—Notice No. 2154.
IT is hereby notified for public information that, in accordance with the provisions of section 13 of the Meat-export Control Act, 1921–22, the New Zealand Meat-producers Board has fixed the following amounts as the charges to be paid by way of levy on all meat shipped on the exporting vessel from New Zealand after Saturday, the 11th March, 1922, viz.:—
(a.) In the case of lamb or mutton, 1d. per carcase; and
(b.) In the case of beef, ½d. per quarter, or 1d. per side.
