Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of March, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

All situated in Block X, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21339.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53369, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52353, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52326, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
