RICHARD SEYMOUR GALBRAITH, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Westland Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of section 41 of the Land Act, 1908, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was George Mallinson, Esq., of Moana.
And I do therefore hereby declare that the said GEORGE MALLINSON is duly elected a member of the Westland Land Board as from the 29th March, 1922.
