  1. TIMARU.

This district is bounded towards the south-west by the Pareora River from the ocean at the mouth of the said river to the bridge crossing the aforesaid river at the north-western boundary of Section 16029, Block III, Otaio Survey District; thence bounded towards the west generally by the road forming the north-western boundary of the said Section 16029 and the road intersecting Educational Reserve 1203, to and along the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 15613, 14438, 16758, and 10570, Blocks III and IV of the said Otaio Survey District, to and along the road forming the northern boundary of Section 16364 to Brigg's Road; thence by that road to and along Coonor Road, to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 15928 of the said Block IV, Otaio Survey District, to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 14376, 15803, 15897, and 15699, to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 15497, 11524, 13606, 14773, and 17625, to and along Brockley Road to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 15930, intersecting Section 10547, and forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 23953 and 15761, to and along the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections 117, 115, and 114, Rosewill Settlement, to and along the road forming the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 111 and 112, south-eastern boundary of Section 113, intersecting the said Section 113, and forming the eastern boundary of Section 110, all of the said Rosewill Settlement, to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 19510, 18976, 15876, and 33002, Blocks XI, VII, and VIII, Pareora Survey District, intersecting Papaka Settlement, and forming part of the western and northern boundaries of the said Papaka Settlement, and forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 13516, intersecting Section 12875, and forming the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 13744, 12242, and 15425 of the said Block VIII of the said Pareora Survey District, to the Timaru-Fairlie Railway line; thence by that railway-line to and along the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section R 1580 and south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 10453, Block IV, Pareora Survey District, and the production of the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 10453 to the right bank of the Opihi River; thence by a right line to the middle of the said river; thence bounded towards the north by the aforesaid river to the ocean at Umukaha mouth; thence bounded towards the south-east by the ocean to the mouth of the Pareora River, the place of commencement.

  1. TEMUKA.

This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Mount Hopkins to McClure Peak; thence bounded towards the north-east generally by the Ashburton Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the said McClure Peak to the ocean at the mouth of the Rangitata River; thence bounded towards the south-east generally by the ocean to the Timaru Electoral District, hereinbefore described, at the Umukaha mouth of the Opihi River; thence by the northern and western boundaries of the said Timaru Electoral District to the Pareora River at the bridge crossing the said river at the north-western boundary of Section 16029, Block III, Otaio Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction by the road from the said bridge to the junction of roads at the southermost corner of Section 17707, Block VI, Otaio Survey District; thence by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 16154, Block IX, to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 19525 of the said Block IX of the said Otaio Survey District to the Otaio River; thence by that river to and along the south-western boundary of Section 28854 of the aforesaid Block IX, to and along the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 14744 to the junction of roads on the south-eastern boundary of Section 18999, all of the aforesaid Block IX; thence by the road running in an easterly and southerly direction to the junction of roads at the south-eastern corner of Section 18102, Block XIII; thence by the road running in a southerly direction to the junction of roads at the north-eastern corner of Section 24458, Block XIV, all of the aforesaid Otaio Survey District; thence by the road running in a southerly direction to and crossing the Valley Road to the northern boundary of Section 25835, Block I, Waimate Survey District; thence by the road forming the north-eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 25835, the southern boundaries of Sections 24607, 23841, 23792, and 32041, all of the said Block I, to and along the road intersecting the south-eastern portion of Section 36230, to the junction of roads on the southern boundary of the said Section 36230; thence by the road running in a south-easterly direction to its intersection with the north branch of the Makikihi River at the eastern boundary of Section 26065 of the said Block I of the said Waimate Survey District; thence bounded towards the south-west generally by the north branch of the said Maki-

kihi River to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Block IV, Waihao Survey District; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Block IV of the said Waihao Survey District to its intersection with the Otaio River; thence by that river to the south-eastern corner of Run 47; thence by a right line due west to its intersection with the north branch of the Waihao River on the south-eastern boundary of Section 31481 of Block VII of the aforesaid Waihao Survey District; thence by the said north branch of the said Waihao River to its intersection with a right line from Mount Nimrod to Trig. Station F, on the southern boundary of Run 10; thence by the southern and western boundaries of the said Run 10 to its north-western corner; thence by a right line due west to the middle of the Hakataramea River; thence by that river to its confluence with Dalgety Creek; thence by that creek to the Hakataramea Pass; thence by a right line to the northern-most corner of Run 67, and its production to the middle of the Waitaki River; thence by that river to its confluence with the Ohau River; thence by that river to and along the eastern shores of Ohau Lake to the Hopkins River; thence by that river to its source at the Richardson Glacier; thence by a right line to the summit of the Southern Alps at Mount Hopkins, the place of commencement.

  1. OAMARU.

This district is bounded towards the north by the Waitaki River from a point in line with the western boundary of Block I, Awamoko Survey District, to the ocean at the mouth of the said Waitaki River; thence bounded towards the south-east by the ocean to the mouth of the Pleasant River; thence bounded towards the south-west generally by that river to its confluence with Watkin's Creek, and by that creek to its intersection with the road forming the eastern boundary of Section 45, Block II, Hawksbury Survey District; thence by the road forming the eastern boundaries of the said Section 45, Sections 44, 43, 37, 36, 35, 34, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 11, and 10, all of the said Block II, Hawksbury Survey District, to and along the northern boundaries of the said Section 10, Sections 2 and 1 of the aforesaid Block II, and Sections 17 and 16, Block VII, of the aforesaid Hawksbury Survey District, to the Pleasant River; thence by that river to the eastern boundary of Block VIII, Hawksbury Survey District aforsaid; thence by the eastern and northern boundaries of the said Block VIII to the Waikouaiti River; thence by that river to and along the north-western boundaries of Sections 8, 5, 13, 11, 9, and 6, Block I, Dunback Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VII, of the said Dunback Survey District, to and along the southern boundary of Section 35, Block VIII, Moeraki Survey District, to the Waihemo (or Shag) River; thence by that river to and along the western and northern boundaries of Block VIII of the said Moeraki Survey District and the northern boundary of the said Block VIII produced to the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 6, Block XIV, of the aforesaid Moeraki Survey District; thence by that road and the road intersecting Sections 5 and 6, Block XIV aforsaid, and the road intersecting Sections 7 and 6, Block XV, to and along the road forming part of the north-western boundary of the said Section 6, to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 2 and 9, of the said Block XV of the aforesaid Moeraki Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 27, Block III, Waihemo Survey District, to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Blocks III and V of the said Waihemo Survey District, to and along the south-western boundaries of Runs 109, 217c, 217a, and 217 to Kakanui Peak; thence bounded towards the north-west generally by the northern boundary of the said Run 217, to and along the South Branch of the Kakanui River, to and along the western boundaries of Blocks X, VII, and VI, Awamoko Survey District, to and along the road forming the southern boundaries of Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, and 1 (as shown on Land Transfer plan 797), and southern boundaries of Sections 36, 35, 34, and 33, Block VI aforsaid, to and along the closed road forming the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 32 of Block VI aforsaid, to and along the road intersecting Sections 4 and 6, Block V, of the said Awamoko Survey District, to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 15, Part 1 and Part 13 of the said Block V, to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections 7a and 6a, Plunket Settlement, to and along the road forming the south-western boundary of Section 13a and south-western boundary of Section 14a, to and along the road intersecting the southern portion of the said Section 14a, all of the said Plunket Settlement, to and along the western boundaries of Blocks IV and I, Awamoko Survey District aforsaid, and their production to the middle of the Waitaki River, the place of commencement.

  1. WAITAKI.

This district is bounded towards the north-west by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Mount Strauchon to Mount Hopkins; thence bounded towards the north-east generally by the Temuka Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Mount Hopkins to the mouth of the Pareora River; thence bounded towards the east generally by the ocean from the mouth of the said Pareora River to the Oamaru Electoral District, hereinbefore described, at the mouth of the Waitaki River; thence by the northern, north-western, and south-western boundaries of the said Oamaru Electoral District to the ocean at the mouth of the
