towards the north-west and north-east by a public road, 120,
743, and 240 links respectively; towards the south-east by
Section 108, Town of Tokatoka, across a public road, and by
Section 105 of the aforesaid town, 272 and 530 links; and
towards the south-west by Section 103 of the aforesaid town,
across a public road, and by Section 102 of the aforesaid
town, 483 links : save and excepting the public road inter-
secting the above-described area.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
containing 4 acres 0 roods 21 perches, more or less, being Sec-
tions Nos. 112, 113, 114, and 116 of the Town of Tokatoka.
Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 401 links ;
towards the south-east by Section 115, Town of Tokatoka,
and across a public road, 479 links; again towards the north-
east, across a public road, and by Section 115 aforesaid,
385 links; again towards the south-east by the eastern por-
tion of Allotment 3, Parish of Tokatoka, 375 links; towards
the south-west by a public road, across a public road, and
by a public road, 773 links; and towards the north-west by a
public road, 900 links : save and excepting the public road
intersecting the above-described area.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1908,

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
the said land having been taken for the purpose of a quarry
and being no longer required for such purpose.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold:
2 acres 3 roods 32Β·9 perches.
Being portion of Te Kuiti 2B 12B, Block IV, Otanake
Survey District. (S.O. 18849.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40362,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.

Declaring Takotokoraha Block Road, in the Waitomo County
to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road situated in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo
County, known as Takotokoraha Block Road, commencing
at its junction with the Otorohanga-Pirongia Road at the
north-western corner of Section 2, Block XII, Pirongia
Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 2
and part Takotokoraha No. 1 Block, and terminating at a
point opposite the northernmost corner of the said Section 2
and the north-western corner of Crown land, Block XII
aforesaid; being a distance of thirty-three chains, more or
less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 53474, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

County, to be a County Road.

mencing at its junction with the Waikare to Mohaka Deviation

proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction,
abjoining or passing through portion of the said Section 1,
Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District; portion of Section 2,
Block X, Mohaka Survey District; Section 2, Block XI,
Mohaka Survey District; Section 4, Block XI, Mohaka
Survey District; Section 1, Block XI, Mohaka Survey Dis-
trict; and terminating at its junction with the Kakariki
Road: being a distance of seven miles, more or less. As the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 53497, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through
portion of the said Block XVI, portion of Block X, Otama
Survey District, portion of Block I, Whitianga Survey Dis-
trict, portion of Block V, Hastings Survey District, and por-
tion of Blocks I and IV, Whitianga Survey District, and
terminating at its junction with the Gumtown-Tapu Road
at a point opposite Section 5021, Block IV, Whitianga Survey
District; being a distance of 7 miles 40 chains, more or less.
As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 53456, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
