NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the under-mentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Otago Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SECTION part R.S. 4259, Block I: Area, 35 perches; upset price, £15.
This is part of the Little River Railway Reserve, and intersects private property. Situated about three-quarters of a mile from Little River Township, and is suitable for a building-site.
Terms of Sale.—One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown grant fee of £1, within thirty days thereafter.
Title will be subject to Part XIII of the Land Act, 1908.
The land is described for general information of intending bidders, who are recommended nevertheless to make a personal inspection, as the Department is not responsible for the absolute accuracy of any description.
