Additional Land at Otira taken for the Purposes of the Springfield to Brunnerton Railway (Greymouth-Otira Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth-Otira Section of the Springfield to Brunnerton Railway to take further land at Otira, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 8 perches.
Portion of Crown land, Block X, Otira Survey District, County of Westland. (S.O. 2172.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 29727, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of November, 1921.

Additional Land near Huapai taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land near Huapai, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:—

0 0 34·3 Lot 20, D.P. 10457.

Portion of Waikoukou Block, Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County. (S.O. 21615, blue).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 29685, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, yellow, and brown.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of November, 1921.
