IT is hereby notified, for public information, that the Te Puke Road Board has, by special order, declared gorse (Ulex europaeus), broom (Cytisus scoparius), Bathurst burr (Xanthium spinosum), and foxglove (Digitalis purpurea) to be noxious weeds within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, in the district under its jurisdiction.
