Declaring a certain Area added to the County of Woodville
to be included in Woodville Riding thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the fourteenth day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, the boundaries of the counties of Woodville and Pohangina were altered by the exclusion of a certain area from the County of Pohangina and the inclusion of such area in the County of Woodville:
And whereas it is desirable that the area so added to the County of Woodville should be included in the Woodville Riding of that county;
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-one of the Counties Act, 1920, do hereby declare that the area included as aforesaid in the County of Woodville shall, as on and from the second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, be included in the Woodville Riding of the said county, and that the boundaries of that riding shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WOODVILLE RIDING.
ALL that area in the land districts of Hawke's Bay and Wellington, in the County of Woodville, bounded towards the north-east by the Maharahara Riding as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1901, page 1838, from the Pohangina County to the Woodville-Dannevirke Main Road; towards the south-east and south generally by that road to the Mangaotua Stream ; by the said stream to the Manawatu River; towards the south-west by that river to the Pohangina County; and towards the west generally by the said Pohangina County: excluding therefrom the Borough of Woodville.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1921.

Boundaries of Manaia Town District altered.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, the Town District of Manaia was duly constituted and proclaimed under the Town Districts Act, 1881, with the boundaries described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation :
And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said town district in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, do hereby alter the boundaries of the said Town District of Manaia by excluding therefrom the areas described in the First Schedule hereto; and do hereby declare that on and after the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, the boundaries of the said town district shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto ; and do hereby further declare that on and from the aforesaid date the boundaries of the County of Waikato West, affected by the said alteration, shall be those described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREAS EXCLUDED FROM MANAIA TOWN DISTRICT AND INCLUDED IN WAIKATO WEST COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District commencing at the north-west corner of Section 110, Block VII, Waikato Survey District, and proceeding thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said section to the Waiokura Stream; thence southerly along the said stream to the south-eastern corner of Section 23 (cemetery reserve); thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 23 and 22 to Hassard Street, across Hassard Street, and along the southern boundaries of Sections 14 and 13 to Sutherland Road; thence northerly along Sutherland Road to the north-western corner of Section 13; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Sections 13 and 14 to Hassard Street, across Hassard Street to the northern side of Cemetery Road; thence easterly along Cemetery Road to the south-western corner of Section 78; thence northerly along the western boundary of Section 78 to the north-western corner of the said section; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said section to the south-eastern corner of Section 74; thence northerly`
