Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all alienation of the land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Onslow Road, in the Boroughs of Mount Albert and Mount Eden, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and the Mount Eden Borough Council on the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :—

"The Mount Albert Borough Council, having control of portion of Onslow Road, the residue being under the control of the Mount Eden Borough Council, as shown on plan herewith, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Onslow Road under its control ;

"The Mount Eden Borough Council, having control of portion of Onslow Road, the residue being under the control of the Mount Albert Borough Council, as shown on plan herewith, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Onslow Road under its control " ;

such street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that street in the North Auckland Land District, Boroughs of Mount Albert and Mount Eden, known as Onslow Road, and situated between New North Road and Dominion Road. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52523, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Roxburgh Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :—

"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the south-eastern side of Roxburgh Street beginning at a point 103·1 links from the south-eastern corner of the street and extending for a distance of 49·74 links, being whole frontage of lot described in Conveyance No. 123972, recorded in Deeds Volume 229, folio 131, part of Town Section 378, City of Wellington" ;

such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Roxburgh Street, abutting on the land described in Conveyance No. 123972, recorded in Deeds Volume 229, folio 131, part of Town Section 378, City of Wellington. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52939, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of East Street, Newton, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :—

"That the Auckland City Council, having control of East Street, Newton, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street fronting part Lot 18 of Allotment 7 of Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland " ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion of East Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as East Street, abutting on part Lot 18 of Allotment 7 of Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52139, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
