power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 26th day of January, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 26th day of January, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—namely, “That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of that street in the City of Nelson known as Tasman Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the portion of such street between Grove and Cambria Streets”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the portion of Tasman Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

ALL that portion of Tasman Street, in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, situated between Grove and Cambria Streets. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50547, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, regulations were made under the Dairy Industry Act, 1898, providing for the grading of dairy-produce: And whereas it is desirable to prescribe fees for such grading:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations prescribing fees for the grading of dairy-produce; and doth hereby declare that these regulations shall come into force on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

REGULATIONS.
- THE fee for grading butter shall be 1d. per box of butter of the standard size.
- The fee for grading cheese shall be 1½d. per crate of cheese.
- (1.) In the case of butter or cheese forwarded for export from a registered factory, creamery, or private dairy the fee shall be payable by the manufacturer on demand.
(2.) In the case of butter or cheese not included in (1) the fee shall be payable by the owner on demand.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—viz., “The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of River Road, St. Albans, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that part of the said road which abuts on the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 207, folio 171”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the north-western side of the portion of River Road described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
