Declaring Portion of Road in Block X, Maruwenua Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 1 acre 2 roods.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 49 and 54, situated in Block X, Maruwenua Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52619, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks III and VII, Heao Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

The Southern Side of Portion of Waterloo Avenue, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the south side of Waterloo Avenue beginning at a point 212·11 links from its junction with Owen Street and extending for a distance of 99·57 links, being the whole frontage of Lot 36 and part of Lot 35, D.P. 726, part Town Sections 798 and 800 in the City of Wellington”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion of Waterloo Avenue described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Waterloo Avenue, abutting on Lot 36 and part Lot 35, D.P. 726. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Eden Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to all that portion of the eastern side of Eden Street beginning at its intersection with Tamar Street and extending for a distance of 191·79 links, being frontage of part Lot 79, D.P. 816, part Section 5, Town Registration District”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the eastern side of the portion of Eden Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Eden Street, abutting on part Lot 79, D.P. 816. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
