Notice respecting Proposed Town District, Henderson, County of Waitemata.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district under the said Act, by name the Town District of Henderson. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the constitution of the said town district which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF BOUNDARIES OF PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT OF HENDERSON.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 2 shown on deposited plan No. 670, and proceeding thence up the middle of the Henderson Creek to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 10, deposited plan 6760; thence to and along that boundary, across a road, to the northernmost corner of Lot 7, along the northern and south-eastern boundaries of said Lot 7 and the south-eastern boundary of Lot 6 to the northernmost corner of Lot 21; thence easterly along the northern boundary of said Lot 21, across a road, along the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 22, along the eastern boundary of Lot 7 on deposited plan 11732 and its production to the middle of the road forming the south-western boundary of that lot; thence north-westerly along the middle of that road to its junction with the Great North Road, and south-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 4, Waari Hamlet; thence to and along
