Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
NGATITUPAEA D Block, Grant 3780, being Section 16, Block II, Hawera Survey District: Area, 100 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of July, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wharekawa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 84 acres 1 rood 21 perches.
Being Section 1584, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.).
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51654, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth. Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a septic tank, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

Apportionment of Representation on the Grey Hospital Board.-(H. 50.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of July, 1921.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR F. H. D. BELL, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, the Cobden Town District was constituted a separate town district under the Town Boards Act, 1908:
And whereas by section nine, subsection two, of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, it is enacted that the number of representatives of each contributory district on a Hospital Board shall be such as is determined from time to time in each case by the Governor-General by Order in Council:
And whereas it is desirable to determine the representation of the Cobden Town District on the Grey Hospital Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, doth hereby determine that the number of representatives of the aforesaid town district on the Grey Hospital Board shall be one; and that the first election of such representative shall be held on Wednesday, the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one; and doth hereby direct that the regulations made by Order in Council dated the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, shall, as far as applicable, apply as if incorporated in this Order in Council.
