ERRATUM.—In the Schedule (Form No. 1) of the Regulations under the Health Act, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 68, of the 21st July, 1921, page 1943, for “Section 124” read “Section 142.”
Lands set apart as a State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the State Forests Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for a State forest.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, being part of Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 741, part of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2E and No. 3 Blocks, situated in Block IV, Waiopéhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1,681 acres, more or less, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 168, folio 80. As the same is more particularly shown on atlas numbered Wn. 085, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, being part Mahunoa No. 2 Block, situated in Block XI, Waiopéhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1,600 acres, more or less, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 168, folio 80. As the same is more particularly shown on atlas numbered Wn. 085, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, being Section 11, part of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2A 1, 2A 2, and 2B 2 Blocks, situated in Block X, Arawaru Survey District, containing by admeasurement 544 acres, more or less, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 168, folio 80. As the same is more particularly shown on atlas numbered Wn. 086, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of July, 1921.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of July then instant, setting apart settlement land described in the Schedule hereto for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Bellamy Settlement.
SECTION 9A, Beaumont and Tuapeka West Survey Districts: Area, 418 acres 0 roods 7 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of July, 1921.
