ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of
July, 1921.
Present :
THE HONOURABLE D. H. GUTHRIE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-
six of the Customs Act, 1913, as extended by section two of
the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Amendment Act,
1915, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
prohibit the importation into New Zealand, save with the
consent of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, of
fruit-pulp and jam wholly or partially produced or manufac-
tured in the Commonwealth of Australia.
